BMW 335D F30/F31 3" Back Box Delete Exhaust – Dual Exit Conversion

Transform the sound, flow and appearance of your BMW 335D with the RPM Performance 3" Back Box Delete Exhaust. Designed, manufactured and TIG welded entirely in-house, this premium dual-exit conversion replaces the restrictive factory rear silencer with a full 3 inch stainless steel system, delivering improved exhaust flow, a deeper exhaust note and a much more aggressive rear end appearance.

Unlike many off the shelf alternatives, our system is manufactured using CNC mandrel bent T304 stainless steel tubing to ensure a smooth, unrestricted flow path throughout. Every unit is fully TIG welded for exceptional strength, durability and a high quality finish that matches the standards expected from a performance exhaust system.

Manufactured from premium grade T304 stainless steel, this back box delete is available with a choice of exhaust tip options, allowing you to tailor the appearance to suit your vehicle. Choose from no tips if you wish to source your own, or select from our range of 3.5" or 4" exhaust tips in either polished stainless steel or gloss black finishes.

The full 3" design allows exhaust gases to flow more freely than the factory setup, helping unleash the true character of the BMW 335D. The result is a noticeably deeper and more purposeful exhaust tone while maintaining everyday drivability.

Important Information

A dual exit rear diffuser is required when fitting this exhaust conversion. Vehicles fitted with the factory single exit diffuser will require a dual exit diffuser before installation.
