Designed, manufactured and TIG welded entirely in-house, this premium dual-exit conversion replaces the restrictive factory rear silencer with a full 3 inch stainless steel system, delivering improved exhaust flow and a deeper exhaust note.

Unlike many off the shelf alternatives, our system is manufactured using CNC mandrel bent T304 stainless steel tubing to ensure a smooth, unrestricted flow path throughout. Every unit is fully TIG welded for exceptional strength, durability and a high-quality finish that matches the standards expected from a performance exhaust system.

Manufactured from premium grade T304 stainless steel, this back box delete replaces the rear stock back box which restricts the six cylinder B58.

The full 3" design allows exhaust gases to flow more freely than the factory setup, helping unleash the true character of the BMW M240I. The result is a noticeably deeper and more purposeful exhaust tone while maintaining everyday drivability.
